Metabot was conceptualized in collaboration with Eelco Braad, of the User Centered Research Group at my university, Hanze School of applied sciences. He is working towards the development of a framework that helps designers identify and develop propitious to the training of learning skills. His goal is to develop a helpful tool for students, that aims to improve the way they learn and perceive their learning experiences.The opportunity arose when I reached out to my client for my thesis project. Eelco Braad wanted to explore the development of a platform that would serve as tool to students, but without focusing the project on a game based solution. He created a set of 30 Meta Cards that are populated with self-reflecting questions based around learning experiences and outcomes.
